The first time of my life

Wondering what am I gonna write about the title?

Let's start off with a student life. In the beginning of primary school, you begin to follow your parent to buy books from bookstore. Not only that, sometimes you asked for stationery too. Most of the time you visit bookstore in your school. So the book and stationery that you bought is very common such as exercise book, erasers and pencils.

In secondary, you buy the same thing. Exercise books and stationery. Again and again for twelve years. Ever calculated how much your parent have spent? A single brown exercise book cost 60cents back to 12 years ago. Now, maybe it costs more. Really spent a lot but luckily I am entitled with Skim Pinjaman Buku Teks (text book loan). Save more... But of course it's uglier and torn everywhere. It's difficult to get new looking text book.

Well, in my university time which is four years back, I mostly spent the money on printing. Why? We got our notes through online. So print, print, print and print all the time. Luckily I have iPad and laptop but most of the lecturer does not encourage that because they're afraid we're on Facebook or game. Good or bad? Ask yourself how addicted you are to these apps.

Now, I'm no longer study in university as I'm awaiting for my final result. Still, I'm entitled for the BR1M 250 ringgit of book voucher. Because they issued it during my intern and I'm still a student during my intern.

Right, the problem here is that "What should I buy with these vouchers?". First, I'm very excited to choose bookstore and I chose Kinokuniya. One of my favorite. This BR1M is not my first time to get it. I got it last year and I spent it most on buying stationery. Guest what, my notes that I jotted down filled with plenty of color from the eon that I bought in Popular and Kinokuniya.

This time, they said it is only applicable for book item. Walao-eh... I'm graduating, what book that I will still need it? I took all those paper, double sided tape, tracing paper and etc etc to make my own stamps album but apparently I can't do it already. Sad die me.

So.... I have to spent almost two hours time searching for book. Well, I grabbed two French for Dummies books and the rest was for Enric. Yeah, he's trying to improve his English and learning Chinese phrases so he could communicate a little bit with my mom. Both of them are like "chicken talking to duck".

Tadaaaaa....

Yeah, not really impressing. I wanted to grab a book which is about negotiation but apparently, not enough. So now I have to learn it online. *finger crossed*

Although I feel sad that I couldn't make my own stamps album, but still I'm happy that at least I'm reading these french book to improve my french. Just in case I have to speak good french if I'm going to France to work. *finger crossed twice*

Lastly, must I say thank you to the government for the vouchers. Terima kasih.
