Sometimes

I have been searching for some job in France lately... Well, not really lately but ever since I got back from Toulouse. Its really hard to leave someone you love. It is so hard. I've been crying for few nights missing him. The worst feeling ever is to say goodbye in the airport where either you or your partner went in boarding while the another stands outside the gate waving goodbye. You know what I mean?

However, searching job in France is really difficult as you want to be in a countryside, not Paris. Well, I haven't applied yet so I am not quite sure. But whenever I look out for jobs in France is really hectic because they mainly need people who can speak French. Well, unlike in Malaysia if you can speak English, WE WELCOME YOU! But of course if the company has lots of budget to hire an expat.

This is so hard as I could not practice my French because Enric wasn't here and I can barely speak nor understand much. Besides looking up information about employment in France, I read plenty of thought from expat that it is a much to speak French if anyone decided to work in France except Au Pair or nanny job. Well, I need permanent job so I have to study real hard and practice more on my French.

When I found the jobs which do not require me speak French, I would came across some problem. I'm in the mid of my treatment and also my braces. If I move to France, there's many thing I have to redo. I have to look for orthodontist to continue my braces and what are the fees be like! Then I talked to Enric which he had no idea what's gonna be and he have to go for his training. Now this is a big deal. He has 2 training in his 2 years of Masters. So, one of the training must be in oversea. Right now, he found a placement in France which means next training have to be done in oversea. So there's no point for me to stay in France right now. It's like vice versa. I go, he leave. Interesting huh?

But, if there is someone willing to hire me, it would be great. I have not much requirement as I only wants a week more of holiday for my Chinese New Year so I could go home to have family reunion. Service related job would be much preferred... I am like looking for a job by blogging. LOL Sounds so desperate but it looks like what it is tho. Sometimes I feel that why. I'm like "wow, I'm so desperate!"

Just in case there's potential employer pass by, there's a LinkedIn tab on top where you can view my profile. Thanks in advanced. Cheers!

Getting my teeth FIX

Well, remember my smile in this photo because in a week time, braces will be applied. Alligator mouth is coming soon.

Last week just got fixed with some rubber between 4 of my teeth to create the gap. It quite sore on the second day but worst on the third day. Right now is still fine but still feeling uncomfortable with it. Gosh, I hope it will be better by tomorrow!

Now my breakfast time took me longer than before. I can't chew my cereals! Soaked them in milk till it is soggy but still, I am having difficulties to eat them.

Long distance relationship

Oh well, after half year since Enric left Malaysia and back to his sweet home country, I finally traveled to France again after a year. Stayed in Toulouse for about 10 days, we went to Luchon and Albi, nevertheless, the Aeroscopia (the new museum in Toulouse). It was fun though. Hopefully next trip will be December or probably next year. If it happens to be next year, probably it will be more than a year to plan because he will be much more busy in his year 2 Masters, I guess.

However, we still keep in touch most of the time although it were just "Hey, how are you? How was your day? Goodnight & bisous." but we still try to have Skype moment every weekend. How I wish the Skype moment never ends.... What's better is that I wish to have this super power to tele-port myself whenever I want. How great was that? =D

Here's a photo of us, Day 2 in Toulouse having dinner with his classmates. Pleasure to meet him and glad that they're as fun as we had it back then in our Degree. Aww, I miss having fun time with my groupmates!

Differentiate between improvement and "wanna be"

Yesterday when I was taking the train back home using KTMB, there is this bunch of teens were queuing at the ladies coach and me,further down ahead to unisex coach (nearer to staircase where I reach my stop). No, I did not approach them to tell them because they can change it later on and there's plenty of space in the coach. There's not much of people queuing as well. However, this is not my fault for not informing them because there's a big sign on the floor stating "FEMALE COACH". Don't tell me they can't read!

So what happen is when train arrived, they got shocked why is it female coach and they rushed to my queue line. Guess what? THEY CUT MY QUEUE and the whole queue line is gone! Hello little brothers, you're still in school and yet your teachers or parent did not teach you to be considerate, respect and well mannered? Well, I do not blame them but I blame it on yourself.

Did you guys ever reflect yourself? Did you guys ever thought how does it feels like for strangers to cut your queue? Worst part is, THEY NEVER APOLOGIZE after getting my fierce look on them. Well, I can really say that most of the Malaysian does not have proper ethic in life.

For example:
  1. instead of saying the words "excuse me", they just bang you and leave
  2. instead of saying the words "I'm sorry", they just look somewhere else and acts like nth happen
  3. instead of telling you that there's some weird insect on your shirt, they just left it be until you got a heart attack
  4. instead of queuing, either on the highway tolls or any queue related, they just cut your queue

Well, I must said that I really hate it here. I wasn't raised with much of this ethic, I learned by watching how people react when this incident took place. Even it happens on me, I reflect myself. "Why am I behaving like this???? This is such a shame!!"

Lets take an example in France (I've been in France twice, took train very often). When I block someone's way by accident, they said "excusez-moi/pardon" which simply means excuse me. When they accidentally shoulder bang, they apologized!

Yes, some of you might know that I have French boyfriend and you can simply said that I am a French wanna be. Hey, this is 2015. Wanna be or not, this is not how you judge. This is what I called IMPROVEMENT. I improve myself to be a better person. This is not something like "kia-si" or "kia-su" matter. Life is short to be that way.

Improving your own ethical, it brings better and healthy lifestyle to yourself. How? Go reflect yourself.

What do you love about me?

"What do you love about me?"

This question is very tricky.... It really depends on how you answer them. But when you answered without satisfying the questioner, you're dead

But this question seems to be very popular among all the young couple which their chemical just bloomed. This question is very flirtatious, if only you are flirtatious.

"What do you love me?" or "Why me?"

If you really have the chemical bond within your partner, this is good to ask because this question is a very good compliment and makes you fall in love again. These similar questions are supposed to be compliment but many of the couple tend to switch from romantic to horror-tic after getting unsatisfied answer. (trust me, I've been there before)

If they answered "Because you're beautiful, kind, etc etc....". Be happy. I don't think that "Don't ask" would be much better, right? Ask yourself, do you really want your lover to ask you this and expecting for a brilliant answer without pissing them off? No, right?

Loving your another half is just because there is some "sparks" happening in the mind and heart which makes you wanna go "hunt" and "conquer" them. Although this "sparks doesn't happen much on the first sight.... Like me and Enric.

So.... Basically this question is just for flirting and getting nice compliment. Wouldn't you be happy that your other half said that "You're sexy" and then you got a sweet kiss? I would!! Please, don't just start arguing after this question raised. This is dumb if it happens. *eyes rolling*

Salon du Chocolat, Publika

Heard of Salon Du Chocolat before? I believed you do! How can you not know this chocolate crepe that everyone has been talking about?

I've been tempted to try but it's always full! Finally, I got the chance which my brother and his girlfriend queued for like maybe 5 minutes and we got our seat! We are keen to order the famous one which is the top choice of everyone. Even when my brother (not a fans of chasing dessert) asked which to order, immediately both of me and his girlfriend just pointed at the same picture saying that this is the one we always saw in the internet.

However, there is 8 of us including my friends, we ordered these... There's two more which they ordered, molten lava cake and if I'm not mistaken, brownies in cup? Never mind, these photo taken is the best!!
Let me introduce you, BROWNIES CREPE. The number one choice! YOU MUST TRY THIS. Oh my god. The second best chocolate dessert I ever had. The first is chocolate lava cake made by my boyfriend. I'm hungry!!!!

Alright, the second one, CHOCOLATE CREPE. Look at the chocolate sauce the poured on top of the crepe. Every single bite, confirmed that your lips stained with chocolate!

The third one, FETTUCCINI CREPE. This is awesome. Topped with vanilla ice cream. Tell me, who doesn't love it? Yeah, I used to hate it because some vanilla ice cream taste too creamy, makes me feel bloated. Finally, I ate vanilla. Thanks to Ee Laine for always buying McD ice cream, so I followed. Still, I'm not really that fancy of it la. HAHAHAHAHHAHA........

Come on, try at least once. I've given you my opinion. These three dishes are enough to fill your lunch and dinner! Though it is pricey, BUT! It's worth paying because their ingredients are not stingy at all with the price given. Even me kiamsiap gui also feels that this is worth than eating steamboat. However, I did not pay for these. Thanks to Zyro Wong for the treat!!!!!!

Dear Fussy Guest

Dear guest who checking in hotel,

When we told you that we are unable to let you have late check out because of full house, don't complain. We have to let other guest to check in to your room after your check out date. We need time to clean the room as well before handing it over to the next one. Why would you love to complain so much?

Put yourself into the next guest who suppose to check in to your room. And it is 2pm (standard check in time) and the receptionist apologized to you that there is a guest still inside and you are unable to check in yet (check out time 12 noon). How do you feel?

Even though you checked out at 1pm, our housekeeping colleague are not robot which can clean the room within few minutes, please be understanding and considerate for the next people who are checking in.

It doesn't matter if you paid for a day before and your checked in on the next day early morning, the check out time is the same. If we hotel allow you to have flexible check in and out time, we can declare to close down this hotel operation.

The reason why we have these 12pm check out and 2pm check in is to have the time to clean up the mess within two hour. Can you clean average 15 rooms in 2 hours alone? No. Not everyone is fast enough.

Please be considerate.

Last but not least, if you booked a room to check in today and you came at 5am, don't expect that we have room for you even tho you requested. It is based on the hotel availability on the day before which mean yesterday. We don't pre block and lost one day sales profit for you because you never pay for that. Don't make yourself right in that way and start to argue.

Stay smart, don't shout. And please don't call us stupid. No one likes it. Behave yourself please.
